How to Request Account Deletion

  1. Login to your account in the Tochka Eats mobile app.
  2. Go to the “Settings” section.
  3. Open “Account & Security” screen.
  4. Select “Delete Account”.
  5. Confirm your request.

OR

If you cannot access the app, email us at support@tochkaeats.uz with the subject:
Account Deletion Request and include your registered email or phone number.

Your request will be processed within 7 business days.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

Upon account deletion, we will permanently delete:

  • Your personal profile (name, email, phone)
  • Your order history
  • Linked payment data
  • Any uploaded documents (e.g. KYC files)

When a user requests to delete their account (via the app or through support), their account status is marked as PENDING DELETION.

  • Users can restore their account within 30 days if they change their mind.
  • After 30 days, we delete all personal information, including the seller’s name, phone number, and email.

What Data Will Be Retained?

Some data may be retained for legal or regulatory reasons:

  • General business and financial data such as business name, INN, and transaction history (retained after account deletion).
  • Transaction records for tax or anti-fraud purposes (retained for up to 5 years)
  • Customer support messages (retained for 1 year)
  • Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics data

This data is stored securely and will not be used for advertising or marketing.

According to the Law of Uzbekistan on Personal Data, all personal and financial data can only be fully deleted after 5 years.
